Located in the heart of Dublin 4 Roly’s has stood the test of time and for over 30 years has been a great supporter of Irish food producers using only fresh local and Irish ingredients in their dishes.

Owners John & Angela O’Sullivan and Chef de Cuisine Paul Cartwright have evolved the Roly’s brand over the past decade with the refurbishment of its fine dining Roly’s Bistro, the addition of Roly’s Terrace for casual dining and Angie’s Wine & Cocktail Bar for pre-dinner drinks and for meeting friends & family or colleagues.

Roly’s has been the backdrop for many special family occasions over the decades and is a firm favourite of many celebrities who like to call Roly’s home when performing in or visiting Dublin.

Roly’s Bistro is the ideal  spot for a business lunch or dinner or to celebrate special occasions while Roly’s Terrace lends itself to relaxed catch up breakfasts, lunches and dinners while our Roly’s café & bakery has a host of fresh breads, cakes and sandwiches, coffees and Roly’s chilled cooked meals to take away.

Roly’s is run and managed by John & Angela O’Sullivan and Chef de Cuisine Paul Cartwright who remain as passionate about Roly’s today as they were back in 1992.
